Individual Birkman Assessment

After an introductory consult, you’ll answer a questionnaire that will reveal your interests, how others perceive you, what you need to be successful, and how you can prevent and manage stress. Then meet with a certified Birkman Consultant to review your results in depth to plan your next move.

Group Birkman Assessment

The team lead and any team members with direct reports will have a pre-assessment consult. Then each team member will submit a questionnaire that reveals the ways of work that would be optimal for each team member and the team as a whole. The team lead will meet with a Certified Birkman Consultant to review options for group session tailored to the results of your team assessment.
